Terms of Use
Effective date: October 11, 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Christopher Rivera, doing business as CTR Digital ("CTR Digital", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our services
This website describes the services we offer. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that both of us accept, and that document controls if it conflicts with anything on this website.
Prices
Prices shown on this website are starting points in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax and third-party costs. Your final price is set out in your written proposal. We try to keep prices up to date but may change them at any time before you accept a proposal.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, graphics and logos, belongs to CTR Digital or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, sell or republish our content without written permission. Fonts are used under their own open licenses.
Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client's proposal or agreement.
Acceptable use
Please don't use this website to break the law, send spam or malicious code, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation.
AI tools
Some of our services involve AI. AI can make mistakes, and any AI tools we build are designed to assist people, not replace professional judgment. Specific responsibilities for AI tools we build are set out in your project agreement.
Links to other websites
We may link to websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the website, including that it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTR Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
