FAQ
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. Your proposal will include an estimated timeline before you commit to anything.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We handle the technical side, explain things in plain English, and show you how to make simple updates yourself.
Can the chatbot get things wrong?
Yes, AI can make mistakes. To reduce the risk, we set the chatbot up to use information you approve, limit the topics it covers, and offer a way to reach a real person. It also tells visitors they are talking to an AI.
What tools can you connect?
Many tools that offer an integration or API can be connected, for example calendars, email, CRMs and spreadsheets. We'll confirm what's possible for your tools before you commit.
Do I own the website?
Once your project is paid in full, you own the website content and design we create for you. Third-party software, fonts and services stay under their own licenses. Details are in your proposal and our Terms.
