Who we are

This website is operated by Christopher Rivera, doing business as CTR Digital ("CTR Digital", "we", "us"), Victorville, California. If you have questions about this policy, email chris@ctrdigi.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us through the form or by email, we receive your name, email address, what you need help with (optional) and anything you write in your message. We only ask for what we need to reply to you.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages, run by GitHub, Inc.) records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

Fonts. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser information. See Google's Privacy Policy.

What we don't collect. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking across other websites. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

We will not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to. If you do, every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under terms that limit how they can use it:

How long we keep it

If you contact us but don't become a client, we delete your enquiry within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as needed to provide our services and as required for tax and legal purposes (typically 7 years).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing chris@ctrdigi.com. Depending on the state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas or Oregon), you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to appeal our decision. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track visitors across websites, so there is nothing for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals to switch off. If we add any tracking in the future, we will honor these signals and update this policy.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Projects we build for clients

If we build a website, chatbot or automation for you, how your customers' data is handled within that project is covered by your project agreement, not this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, post a notice on our homepage.
